I love it when Jen gets all riled up. I agree with you hence the cautionary caveat: "The caveat to that, though, is this: Tatting up your pet should not be a vanity project or worse, engineered attention seeking masquerading as â??the best interestâ?� of the dog." And you're right. Cleatus will have to be shaved for the rest of his life if his people continue to want to brandish his "artwork." It's too late for my pal Cleatus and his people know our feeling on this. They are young people who made a mistake. Happily, Cleatus is the only dog they have. And if they ever do get another dog, I hope they've taken a lesson from this experience. I hope my blog on this subject will educate people to make responsible choices for their pets and for their own peace of minds. Ciao! That
